Before you book

How quickly will you get back to me after I submit the form?

Requests received during working hours are answered the same day. Requests left in the evening or on Sunday are answered first thing on the next working day.

Is there a fee for the appointment request?

The pre-assessment and appointment planning through this form are free of charge. Treatment fees are clarified during the call, based on the programme and your insurance coverage.

Is my private insurance accepted?

We work with more than 45 private insurance companies. During the call we check your policy and tell you exactly what is covered.

I am coming from abroad — can you help with accommodation?

Our centre is in Nilüfer, Bursa. For patients travelling from other cities or from abroad we plan accommodation together with the treatment programme.
