Dr. Tuncer Onuktav, born in Van, completed his secondary education at Van Atatürk High School. He graduated from the Military Medical Faculty of Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine.

After serving in the 1st Armored Division, Dr. Tuncer Onuktav completed his specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Ankara Gülhane Military Medical Academy in 1974.

As a Specialist Physician, he served at military hospitals in Erzincan, Bursa, and Çorlu.

After retiring from the Turkish Armed Forces, Dr. Tuncer Onuktav continued his practice in his private clinic for a period of time. In 2013, he closed his clinic and began working at Rommer Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center.

Dr. Tuncer Onuktav applies treatment by combining Neural Therapy with other necessary methods when needed, and continues his work in the fields of Acupuncture and Prolotherapy.
