Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation encompass all approaches aimed at improving a person’s quality of life. The goal is to help individuals become independent in their self-care activities and maintain interaction with society.
Physical therapy is a non-pharmaceutical treatment method applied to musculoskeletal system diseases or injuries. It includes applications aimed at pain relief such as the use of heat and cold therapies, electrical currents, spinal traction, massage, and exercise. It can be used alone or in addition to oral medications.
Rehabilitation, on the other hand, is a treatment method focused on regaining lost movement and abilities caused by congenital conditions or acquired later in life.
There are various methods used in physical therapy. Depending on the patient’s condition, one or more of these treatment programs may be selected.

Individualized treatment: Each person is assessed individually, and a tailored physical therapy and rehabilitation (FTR) program is applied specifically for that individual.
Holistic approach: Our patients are evaluated not only for the affected area but also as a whole, including the entire musculoskeletal system and other body systems.
Functional treatment: The goal is to restore patients to an active state without functional limitations.
Preventive health: After treatment, an exercise program based on preventive health principles is prepared to help prevent recurrence of the same problems
